Leasing Officer

Leasing officer required for immediate start

Hays has partnered with a leading government organisation based in Victoria who are currently seeking a full-time Leasing Officer.

This role will initially be based in Burwood, then you will have the option to work from their CBD office once familiar with systems and processes.

Your new role

Your new role will see you acting as the key point of contact for property-related enquiries and administration of leases.

Responsibilities will include:

• Effectively manage data and systems for the leasing department
• Updating lease renewals across their 700 sites
• Provide exceptional face to face and written customer service
• Manage general enquires through emails and phone calls.
• Maintaining a large database of existing lease agreements to review lease renewals

What you'll need to succeed

• Demonstrated experience in a leasing or property management role is essential in being successful for this role.
• Exceptional administration skills
• Good attention to detail
• You must hold a valid police check or be willing to obtain one.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders and contractors.
