About the role:
An exciting opportunity to join Box Hill Institute as the Operations Officer – Leasing & Space!
In this role you will be responsible for coordinating the administrative day to day operations associated with the Institutes operational leases, licences and room hire arrangements. You will be responding to adhoc room requests, assist with timetabling changes, utilisation reporting and provide customer service to external hire clients and room set up.
As the Operations Officer – Leasing & Space, you will be assigned tasks from within the broader Infrastructure team such as work order allocations and monitoring inboxes. You will have the opportunity to work cooperatively with others within the portfolio and broader Institute.
This role will see you accountable for a high standard of service delivery relating to leasing and space services, ensuring space planning operations are conducted to maximise effectiveness and efficiency for staff and students across the campus.
This position is based at Box Hill but is expected to work in the CBD, Lilydale and across any campus as required.
About You:
- Demonstrated experience within a similar role and/or related qualification
- Experience within commercial leasing – advantageous
- High level administrative skills with proven ability to manage records and carry out procurement activities
- Strong customer service skills; establishing and maintaining respectful relationships with all stakeholders
- Experience navigating databases and timetable software as well as intermediate knowledge of MS suite
- Ability to provide project support when required
