Looking for a talented Leasing/Junior Property Manager to join a dynamic, modern and supportive team.

Due to recent growth and development of their business. They are looking for a highly driven individual to join their dynamic team in a fast-paced working environment, that offers on the job training and experience.
About the Role
In this role, you will be joining a team of real estate professionals who will be able to offer support and training to help progress your career. This is a fantastic opportunity that has become available for a Leasing/ Junior Property Manager within a supportive and friendly team environment on the Newtown / Marrickville.
Duties including:

• Assisting Senior Property Managers with day to day duties in order to successfully manage a Medium sized portfolio.
• Develop relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Conduct ingoing, outgoing, and routine inspections.
• Manage arrears.
• Organize repairs and maintenance and liaise with tradespeople.
• Oversee rent reviews and lease renewals.
• Prepare for and attend tribunal hearings.
• Preparation and lodgment of insurance claims
• Opportunities for regular training and professional development

Skills and experience

• Current Assistant Agent Certificate or Real Estate License essential
• Must have a strong knowledge of the NSW real estate legislation.
• Knowledge of Property Tree and Maintenance Manager an advantage but not essential
• Valid driver’s license and roadworthy and registered vehicle essential
• Excellent time management, great organization, and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously.
• Impeccable presentation
• Honest and reliable
