- Masters, PhD degree or equivalent accreditation and standing recognised by the University/profession as appropriate for the relevant discipline areas.
- Extensive experience in clinical education in Orthoptics, and how clinical education interrelates and scaffolds with theory-based curricula.
- Demonstrated understanding of health systems in Victoria, and how School Clinics can contribute to broader health and wellbeing in the community.
- Evidence of innovative initiatives undertaken in the last three years that have improved the student experience, and the evaluation of effectiveness of these initiatives.
