Benefits
Enjoy a flexible and balanced work environment. We support a range of social events and wellbeing initiatives including fortnightly massages, Friday afternoon drinks, paid birthday leave, gym classes, mentor programmes and lunchtime walks. Members of our team form and operate a wellbeing committee that gives direct feedback on new and ongoing initiatives. Employees have access to our Employee Assistance Program. The employee of the month is voted by all employees and they receive a trophy and voucher plus a donation to a charity of their choice on their behalf.
You will also have the opportunity to be involved in various charity and community initiatives that the firm supports throughout the year. You will often see these on our Facebook page – last week, 10 of us did the Empowered walk for Jenny’s place. The office has a hard-working but fun vibe! Most mornings, there is a coffee walk but the coffee machine is also available. Our director Tim, will share his ‘dad joke of the day’. When you are after a snack, the pantry is full of shapes, noodles, muesli bars and sneaky chocolates. We often lunch together on Fridays and take turns in choosing where we go! We celebrate many major events – we have an Easter morning tea, a Christmas morning tea, Cancer Council biggest morning tea ‘Bake off’, Secret Santa gift exchange, Melbourne Cup function and end of financial year and Christmas celebrations with partners invited. We also invite the families along to some occasions such as recently when we celebrated a Friday night at Rippit Golf.
We have a flexible working policy to assist with the work life balance which can involve compressed working hours and working remotely.
