The is an exciting new opportunity for a Legal Assistant in the Brisbane office of the CIPT, Corporate & Finance Team. This role will see you providing essential support to a team of well rounded professionals that make coming to work a breeze.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team
- Billing
- Travel arrangements
- Expense reimbursement
- Adhoc duties as required
- Proven experience as a Legal Assistant, particularly in corporate and finance environments.
- Excellent formatting skills and the ability to handle extensive handwritten amendments.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Capability to support partners and practitioners with administrative tasks.
