Wallace Davies Solicitors is currently on the lookout for a skilled Conveyancing Assistant to join their dynamic and rapidly growing team. You will be working closely alongside our conveyancing manager, to deliver seamless and stress-free experiences for our clients, and guide them through every step of the process with professionalism and knowledge.
Based in our Redcliffe Office, this role offers the flexibility to balance work/life. We are seeking a part-time/casual candidate with the ability to work 2-3 days a week.
Supporting our conveyancing team, you will be responsible for:
- General duties; including, answering phones and meeting with clients;
- Preparation of legal documents and correspondence;
- Liaising with stakeholders, including, financiers, agents and other solicitors;
- Conducting property searches;
- Invoicing and preparing final correspondence
- Data entry;
- Assisting with A-Z management of files.
We welcome applications from candidates who have the following skills and experiences:
- Experience within residential conveyancing;
- Experience with OSR and PEXA platforms;
- Experience with LEAP (not essential);
- Exceptional client service skills and responsiveness;
- Eye for details and the ability to produce accurate and high-quality work;
- Time management and organisation skills; and
- Ability to work under pressure.
