Position Overview

We're seeking a seasoned Legal Assistant to bolster our team's effectiveness. This crucial role supports various legal processes and client interactions. We are also open to considering part-time candidates for the position, acknowledging the value of flexibility in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support across legal tasks.
• Facilitate client communication and manage documentation.
• Support the team in court preparations and during client meetings.
• Assist with the workload of two other full-time assistants in reception, accounts, and administration-related duties.
• Be proficient in dictation, transcription, and document creation, alongside efficient calendar and time management.
• Uphold the firm's standards of quality, safety, and communication.
