In undertaking this position, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Back-end Construction team, engaging in both high-level administrative tasks and assisting in the coordination of the team's marketing events and client relation initiatives.Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Assisting the Partners in the efficient management of their practice;
- Proactive diary management;
- Coordinating meetings with clients, key industry stakeholders, and internal management;
- Organizing the Construction team's prestigious marketing events, including the highly anticipated Annual Construction Conferences in Brisbane and Sydney, as well as industry conferences and promotional events;
- Coordinating travel arrangements for authors;
- Drafting, amending and managing documents, and providing dictation support;
- Managing monthly client reporting and billing processes;
- Providing secretarial support for a variety of high-volume general administrative tasks.
