Conveyancing Assistant

Brookwater or Brisbane CBD l Full time l WFH 1 day per week after training periodBoutique mid-tier-law firm seeks and experienced Conveyancing Assistant. Supportive and friendly environment.The roleAs a Conveyancing Assistant you will supporting 1 to 2 conveyancing paralegals.Duties include:

• Handling general office tasks, including phone calls, emails, data entry and appointments.
• Managing communication with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders.
• Drafting and sending legal documents and correspondence.
• Property searches
• Initial letters and final letter preparation.

Your experienceYou will have a minimum of 1 year QLD Conveyancing Assistant experience.The Law Firm / SalaryWell established law firm. Brisbane CBD office or Brookwater office. Supportive, friendly environment. Salary dependent upon experience (between $60,000 - $70,000 + superannuation).
