Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage lawyers' schedules and appointments.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, adeptly handling inquiries via email, phone, and in-person interactions.
- Prepare meticulous Court documents and correspondence for clients and counterparts.
- Compile comprehensive Briefs to Counsel.
- Transcribe dictation utilizing BigHand software.
- Facilitate document filing through the Court Portal.
- Accurately index disclosure documents.
- Engage in seamless communication with external solicitors and barristers.
- Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive client information at all times.
- Organize and maintain client correspondence and documentation.
- Assist in the preparation and issuance of client invoices.
- minimum of 3 years' experience as a Legal Assistant in family law
