The Role
We are looking for a client-focused, dynamic, and proactive Legal Assistant to work in our Sydney Financial Services team. Specialising in superannuation, funds, and Financial Services regulation, we advise some of the largest super funds, global financial institutions, investment managers and advisers, insurers, banks, family offices and corporate clients.
Responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:
- Answering calls, assisting with client enquiries and business development initiatives;
- Preparing legal documents and proposal documents;
- Billing, filing, research and matter management;
- Opening and closing files and diary management;
- Drafting letters, mail merging documents and formatting;
- Arranging trainings, team and client events; and
- General administrative duties.
Who We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience as a Legal Assistant. You will have excellent communication skills, the ability to prioritise tasks, display initiative and have exceptional attention to detail.
