Exceptional opportunity for a motivated and experienced Legal Assistant to join a leading global Law Firm recognised for investing in its people and for fostering a positive team culture.Assisting a Senior Partner and an Associate in the Finance team, you'll enjoy being involved in a wide range of matters including Insolvency, Reconstruction and Litigation. This is also a great opportunity to use your initiative and take on additional responsibilities.
Some of your duties will include, but not limited to;
• diary and email management
• word processing, preparing documents and drafting correspondence
• coordinate meetings and organise travel arrangements
• preparing monthly billing and client reports
• open/close files and archive client matter files
• client liaison and general administrative tasks
Our client is seeking a motivated and career minded Legal Assistant with at least 4 years' experience in a similar role, together with;
• excellent written and verbal communication skills
• top organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
• a keen eye for detail
• advanced MS Office skills
• a positive and professional work attitude
