As our student base has expanded significantly this year, we are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Reception Supervisor to join our administration team.
Position
- Full-time hours
- Additional weeks off during school holiday periods may be negotiated
- Commencing on or around Monday 1st July 2024
- Above award salary.
Responsibilities
The Reception Supervisor is required to deliver professional, friendly, efficient customer care and service, and to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our College.
This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of our College Reception including; supervising the Receptionist position, and providing dedicated customer support services to staff, students, parents, and visitors to the College.
The Reception Supervisor must uphold an exemplary level of confidentiality and discretion in the undertaking of their role.
Tasks will include:
- general administration duties
- student, parent, and staff support
- assisting with sick bay duties
- assisting with marketing.

Requirements
- current (or ability to obtain) Blue Card (working with children)
- sound knowledge of general office practices
- supervisory level experience of 5yrs+.
