We are seeking an individual for a Legal Assistant – Tax & IP position, who is interested in career growth and has great attention for detail. This role will be supporting 3 tax partners and their team. The team are very self-sufficient and are looking for someone who is passionate about a career in legal support. In this role you will have ample opportunities to showcase your skills along with continuous career development.

Responsibilities:

• Working with extensive papers, keeping track of edits and annotations
• Handling general secretarial tasks and oversee case matters
• Preparation of legal papers, reports, emails, memoranda's and letters
• Diary & travel management
• Assisting with the drafting of briefs, court books, and court documents
• Communicating with clients and staff

To succeed in this position, you must possess:

• 2+  years of experience in a similar position or industry
• Proficient when using billing & file management systems. 
• Strong teamwork skills
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
• Understanding client confidentiality
