- Manage an ongoing portfolio of Personal Injury claims, prioritizing resolution and stakeholder interests.
- Implement a customer-focused method, giving priority to early action and the concerns of all stakeholders.
- Assessing liability and damages, and settling claims within authorized limits promptly and efficiently.
- Stay informed about legal changes affecting Personal Injury claims.
- Ideally 2 years legal experience, post qualification.
- Experience within Personal Injury law, an advantage.
- Strong experience in end-to-end claims management an advantage, but not required.
- Proficiency in handling claims independently.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
