We are looking for an experienced Law Clerk to join our Commercial Team in Brisbane.
We are open to receiving applications from law students seeking part-time opportunities that are able to work four days + per week ongoing.
The successful candidate will work closely with our partners, associates and clients, taking a focus on commercial litigation.

Responsibilities
You will be involved in providing assistance to our solicitors in a range of tasks, including but not limited to:
• working on a diverse range of complex commercial litigation matters with a focus on regulatory advice and proceedings and other general commercial advice
• develop skills in commercial law;
• preparation and drafting of court documents and other correspondence;
• have regular involvement and direct contact with clients.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will have:
• Recent legal experience or currently studying and available to work 3-4 days per week.
• Preferably, experience in commercial litigation or other areas of litigation;
• excellent analytical, drafting and communication (verbal and written) skills, with superior attention to detail; and
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
In addition, you will:
• be an enthusiastic and personable lawyer who has a passion for client service;
• have the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment, as well as autonomously; and
• have a desire for personal development.
