Our growth has created the opportunity for a full-time Legal Assistant/ Law Clerk to join our Firm. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Your duties, responsibilities and job role will include:
- Being the “face” of the Firm as the first point of contact with current, new, and potential clients.
- Having an excellent phone manner; being articulate, empathic, effective, and efficient in dealing with incoming and outgoing calls.
- Being accountable for managing and maintaining physical and electronic files.
- Participating in client interviews and liaising directly with clients.
- Drafting and filing Court documents and correspondence to clients.
- Preparing Briefs to Counsel.
- Other general administrative tasks including diary management, filing, mail, photocopying and data entry.
