We're actively working on a part-time secondment opportunity with one of our clients operating across the pharmaceutical industry and we are interested in hearing from commercially-minded corporate and commercial lawyers to join LOD and commence an exciting secondment with one of our clients.
This secondment will see you diversify your experience working in-house and sinking your teeth into a range of projects and transactions. You will advise on general corporate matters, negotiate general commercial contracts, and provide expert legal advice on pharmaceutical laws and regulations.
To join us, you will
- Have between 3-10 years relevant PQE with a top-tier/mid-tier law firm (recent experience), and/or in-house/secondment experience.
- Strong understanding of Pharmaceutical Law and regulations
- Be available to commence a secondment at short notice
- Hold a current Australian Practising Certificate
- Be commercially minded, have the ability to hit the ground running and manage relationships with all levels of a business
