A fantastic new opportunity has become available for a high calibre, energetic, multi-skilled, corporately presented Receptionist to join the team. This is a broad and interesting role, which encompasses managing the front desk, broad administration duties as well as supporting the company’s functions and marketing activities.
Responsibilities:
- Acting as the first point of contact for visitors to the office;
- Managing a busy switchboard, and screening and directing enquiries as appropriate;
- Providing hospitality to clients;
- Daily office management tasks such as managing meeting rooms, organising staff amenities, maintaining office equipment and stationery;
- Managing the email inbox and website enquiries;
- Assisting managers and other staff with appointments and meetings;
- Manage internal office facilities;
- Organising and coordinating social events;
- Generating various documents;
- Assist with updating policies & procedures;
- Coordinating functions and events.
The person we are seeking:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A strong work ethic with the ability to work unsupervised and under pressure
- A high level of computer competency, particularly in the Microsoft Office suite
- The ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Willingness to learn
