About the role
- Diary management, arranging meeting rooms, collating documentation for meetings;
- Monitoring fee-earners emails and tending to requests from clients;
- Coordinating and booking travel as required;
- Document management;
- Coordinate events and some basic marketing; and
- Billing.
The successful candidates will have
- Experienced Legal PA (3+ years);
- High level of attention to detail;
- Organised and able to prioritise;
- Excellent administration skills, keyboard and software proficiency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; and
- Professional telephone manner.
