SalaryWe are recruiting for one of our top clients who have a rare opportunity for an experienced Legal PA to join the Property team of its Sydney office where the focus of the work will involve a mix of planning law and Renewable Energy. This new opportunity will see you supporting a small team of highly accoladed Partners, renowned in their specialised areas of expertise. As the successful person for this role, you will hold the legal support experience required (no less than two years) to be able to successfully manage all facets of administrative support within the practice, including:
- Preparing, amending and collating large documents;
- Diary management including meeting and travel coordination;
- Managing expenses and billing;
- Liaising with clients and building a rapport with the Partners clients in order to keep them abreast of their active matters; and
- Email and file management and lots, lots more!
To be considered for this position you will have solid experience working within a private practice law firm supporting lawyers in a similar practice group. You will possess outstanding communication skills, excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
