Working alongside two Partners, you will do a variety of tasks across a broad range of practice areas helping clients with their legal needs efficiently and professionally. Your main duties will be:
- Extensive diary and inbox management
- Managing phone calls, coordinating appointments, and liaising with clients, Barristers, and external parties
- General administration and file management, including document preparation, saving correspondence, and task organisation
- Assisting the wider team with administration tasks
- Assisting with monthly invoicing
Key Requirements For Success:
- High attention to detail
- Highly organised
- Take initiative and learn eagerly
- Organise tasks efficiently, multitask, and meet deadlines
- Excel in MS Office, with fast and accurate typing
- Maintain confidentiality with diplomacy and discretion
- Communicate effectively verbally and in writing, fostering positive relationships
- Previous experience as a Legal Secretary is essential
