Ogilvie Jennings is a well-established law firm, with offices in Hobart, Kingston, and Glenorchy.  Our lawyers deal with a wide range of legal issues using a client-focused approach.  We are currently seeking a Legal Secretary to join our Hobart Team. 

The Role: 

• Transcription of digital dictation; 
• Preparation of correspondence and court documentation (including e-filing); 
• Time recording and invoicing clients; 
• Diary management and scheduling of appointments; 
• Dealing with clients (by phone, email and face-to-face).

• You are organised and able to manage your time efficiently; 
• You can think on your feet, while working in a fast-paced environment; 
• You have excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to communicate with people from a diverse range of backgrounds; 
• Previous legal experience will be highly regarded, but we will provide training to the right candidate.
