Key Responsibilities
- Provide secretarial support to ensure the smooth daily operations of the legal service
- Manage a file load of varied estate planning matters and provide assistance to clients in all aspects of estate planning
- Prepare conveyancing matters for settlement, including drafting settlement statements and managing communications with clients and third parties
- Drafting correspondence, contracts and other property related transaction documents
- Manage sensitive and emotional situations with empathy and professionalism
Skills and Experience
- Detail-oriented with a consistently high level of accuracy in legal document drafting
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Professional demeanour, with a commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and upholding ethical standards
- Experience as a Legal Secretary in the area of corporate and commercial law
