PGC Legal is a growing general practice located in modern offices in the heart of the CBD. We offer a solid mix of high-quality legal work in a friendly environment that encourages genuine work life balance.  

Working alongside a friendly team, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant with at least 12 months experience with a law firm.  We are looking for the right candidate to grow with the firm.

The requirements of the role include:

  • Preparing legal documents and correspondence
  • Dictation and typing
  • Diary management
  • Billing 
  • File Management
  • General administrative support

To secure this opportunity you must have experience in a similar role, together with;

  • Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • The ability to prioritise
  • A pro-active and flexible team attitude
  • A genuine commitment to delivering quality customer service
  • High IT literacy with experience in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
