Working alongside a friendly team, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant with at least 12 months experience with a law firm. We are looking for the right candidate to grow with the firm.
The requirements of the role include:
- Preparing legal documents and correspondence
- Dictation and typing
- Diary management
- Billing
- File Management
- General administrative support
To secure this opportunity you must have experience in a similar role, together with;
- Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to prioritise
- A pro-active and flexible team attitude
- A genuine commitment to delivering quality customer service
- High IT literacy with experience in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
