Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Liaising with clients, barristers, courts, doctors
- Booking appointments, conferences & mediations
- Preparing files for hearing
- Managing billing such as preparing invoices, trust account authorities, drafting of documents, etc
- General administrative tasks such as diary management and actively assisting the team to ensure efficient work practices are maintained.
The ideal candidate will come from a background in Personal Injury, will have 3 + years of experience and will be confident when using software systems. To add, the ideal candidate will have first-class communication skills and the ability to build long-lasting relationships with both clients and colleagues.
