Typical duties may include:
- Preparing Supreme Court documents to obtain a Grant of Probate;
- Preparing distribution statements;
- Lodging forms;
- Preparing Application;
- Managing client contact database;
- Knowledge of LEAP Legal Software
- Knowledge of MYOB desirable;
- Reception duties;
- General Office management;
- Liaising with clients, lawyers and other staff.
This is a full time position, however for the right candidate, part-time would be considered.
To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience as a Legal Secretary/Probate Clerk.
