- Calendar Management
- Email and Phone Management
- Monitor and Organise Email Inbox
- Creating SharePoints
- Collating Affidavits
- Arranging Meetings
- Processing Receipts on Corporate Credit Cards
- Process Reimbursements
- Update Court Documents
- Third party Invoice Approving, General Cheque Requisitions, Trust Requisitions and Adhoc Reporting
- Amending Documents
- Dictations
- Scheduling quarterly meetings and reviews
- Setting up templates and Court Documents
- Preparing and printing briefs
- Trial preparation
- Advice on evidence
Profile
- Previous Experience using FilePro and SharePoint
- Previous Experience as a Legal Secretary is mandatory
- Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal and Written)
