Tolson & Co is a small long-standing law firm that practices in a wide range of areas including property and commercial law.
We have an opportunity for a legal receptionist/secretary with a minimum of 5 years' experience to work at our Perth office on a full time permanent basis.
Your duties will initially include, but will not be limited to, the following:
- file management including opening and closing files;
- preparing, formatting and amending legal correspondence and documents;
- online searching and lodgments through various online portals and government agencies;
- client liaison; and
- general administrative tasks as required.
To be successful in this role, strong organisational skills are essential. You must be friendly, easy going and work well in a small team environment. You will need a minimum of 5 years' experience as a legal receptionist/secretary. In addition, you will need:
- to be proactive and able to work unsupervised:
- to have excellent grammar, spelling and attention to detail;
- to be proficient in Microsoft Word; and
- to be willing to learn new skills.
