About the role
We are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join our Disputes + Investigations group. The role is supporting a Partner and lawyers in our friendly and high performing team.
The day-to-day responsibilities in the role include:
- Diary and email management
- Monthly billing and accounts reporting/management
- Document and file management of multiple files
- Liaising with clients and other parties
- Attending to e-filing processes
- Organising travel, flights and accommodation
- Ad hoc administration duties
As an experienced Legal Secretary, ideally you will have a legal administrative background and you will also be/have:
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality
- Project management skills
- 5+ years Legal secretary / Legal Assistant experience
- Exceptional document/formatting skills
- Exceptional organisational skills, including diary management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
