About the role
We are currently seeking a Legal Secretary with a minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a similar role. Corporate law experience highly regarded, but not essential.
Please note this is a full-time role, Monday to Friday.
The successful candidate will receive comprehensive training.

- Office hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday.
Skills & experience
To be successful in the role you must have:
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word.
- Advanced formatting skills using Microsoft Word including tracking changes, comparing versions, numbering and styles.
- A fast and accurate typing speed.
- The ability to prioritise and organise multiple tasks and deadlines.
- An ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
- An ability to relate well with others.
- A positive and supportive attitude.
Your duties will consist of:
- Document production, formatting and amendments.
- Timesheet checking.
- Administration, photocopying, binding, sorting, collating documents.
- Dictaphone and hard copy typing.
- Personal work (Partners only).
- Liaising with clients.
- Travel arrangements.
- Opening files.
- Online searching (including tenements, etc).
- Telephones (overflow) and relief reception on occasion.
- Coordinating boardroom bookings.
- Making teas/coffees for client/lawyer meetings on occasion.
- Relief evening secretarial cover one hour per week (5:00 pm to 6:00 pm).
