Taylor Smart Lawyers is a well established legal practice located in Subiaco and is seeking a highly organised Legal Secretary to provide support to our legal team.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years experience in a Legal Secretary position and have well rounded knowledge in handling administrative tasks.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- dictation typing
- general administrative support to our Partners, Senior Associates and Solicitors
- billing and invoicing, both drafting and finalising
- preparing court documents for lodgement
- closing and archiving files
- writing simple letters and preparing correspondence
- answering the phone from time to time
- preparing Landgate forms
- adding / amending safe custody protocol, creating new safe custody packets
Requirements:
- strong organisational and time management skills
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Open Practice / iManage experience (desirable but not necessary)
Salary will be based on the level of experience.
