A stellar mid-tier firm is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to be the day-to-day supporter of the team and oversee administration requirements with previous private practice experience to join the Banking & Finance team in Melbourne CBD. The role will be supporting a small but busy team of two partners and 2 Lawyers
- Administrative assistance, including typing and collating legal documents.
- Prepare financial documents.
- Commercial contacts and agreements
- Prepare client accounts.
- Diary management & travel arrangements
- File maintenance & archiving
- Prepare memos & email communications.
- Demonstrated experience of at least 4-5 years as a Legal Secretary
- First class written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and show initiative.
- Experience of billing
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong technical skills
- Experience in Banking & Finance highly advantageous
