SalaryThis boutique law firm located on the Northern Beaches prides itself on providing a range of services to its long-standing clients over a number of decades. With a storng reputation in the community, the firm is now seeking a Part-Time Legal Secretary to join their team.
The Role:
Permanent Part TimeLegal Secretary role
Hours 9am - 5pm 1 hour lunch
3 days per week but can be flexible
Providing administrative support
Diary & Email management
Preparing, processing, and editing legal documents
Preparing briefs
Dictaphone Typing
Liaising with clients
Ad-hoc secretarial duties
About You:
To be considered for Permanent Part Time opportunity, you will have;
Experience working as a Legal Secretary (minimum 2 years)
Experience using LEAP ideally
Have exposure across Wills & Estates (bonus)
Confidence liaising with clients, lawyers, and senior staff members
Strong attention to detail, along with exceptional organisational skills.
Competent time management skills.
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
