With business booming and the team continuing to grow, they are now seeking to employ an additional Legal Secretary to be the latest member to their firm. In this role you will provide support to 2 x Partner and wider team (who have been described as LOVELY to work for). Your daily duties will include:
* Client liaison
* File management
* Drafting documentation and correspondence
* Dictaphone typing
* Diary management
* Travel co-ordination
* Telephone attendance
* Monthly billing
To be considered for this opportunity, you must possess previous legal secretarial or administration experience from a professional services environment. A strong, working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, fast and accurate typing (min 65 wpms), excellent communication skills, a willingness to learn and a “can do” attitude could see you secure this opportunity. Previous experience within Litigation will be highly regarded.
