We are looking for new Legal Support Officer to support a high-profile State Government Client. This organisation is searching for a skilled candidate with excellent data entry skills and attention to detail. This job is a temporary position until June 2024 with real possibility of extension.

Duties & Responsibilities:
As part of this highly engaged team, you will support the team's performance with various legal filing and admin duties.

• Processing court attendance sheets as provided by the lawyers, data entry into the ODCPL's case management system (Visualfiles) and processing of court outcome correspondence/emails to all parties;
• Actively reviewing and monitoring shared mailbox
• Reviewing Court Orders and diarising Court Events, dealing with and drafting responses to correspondence and managing enquiries from respondents, parties and participants;
• Assisting lawyers in managing legal matters by complying with records management requirements and maintaining the required file management standards; and

Job requirements:

• Previous 12-month experience in Data Entry or similar field
• Experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Computer planning skills to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to multitask
• Full Australian work rights
