We have an entry level role available with a Legal Firm on the Sunshine Coast.
As a Legal Support Officer, you will be providing administration support to all areas of the firm.
Duties will include:
- Reception – you will be the first person to meet and greet all clients and visitors either in person or by phone – making people feel welcome and taking accurate phone messages.
- Setting clients up in a meeting room and managing meeting room bookings.
- Provide administrative support to the Business Development Manager as required.
- Provide support in organising marketing activities the firm is involved in.
- Provide support in the finance function, which could include receipting client monies, filing of firm invoices, collating Credit Card receipts and processing invoices to be paid, saving receipts on client files.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to take instruction and prioritise
- Be proficient in the full Microsft applications (word, excel, outlook, powerpoint)
- Hold a current drivers licence
- The ability to work as a team player
- Ability to use initiative
- Client service focused
