This role involves applying creative and innovative approaches to complex and sensitive issues, and managing multiple competing priorities to enable timely, effective and coordinated service delivery whilst exercising sound professional judgement.This role will also include supporting the Feedback Management Team when required.The occupant of this position will work in a small team, with operational and administrative oversight provided by the Assistant Director.Duties Provide high quality support to the team including mailbox management, collating records and maintaining registers.
