- Previous experience in implementing lifestyle programs catering to specific needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work across changing work hours
- A minimum of a Certificate-III in Leisure and Lifestyle
- Experience with the Montessori philosophy lifestyle program is ideal
- An engaging personality that contributes to our team
- Previous experience in the Aged Care Industry
- NDIS Workers Screening Check Clearance (or willing to obtain)
- Current Police check clearance (or willing to obtain)
- Proof of Work rights in Australia
- Proof of COVID Vaccination certificate (2 doses + booster dose)
- Proof of Flu vaccination (current year)
