As a Lending Analyst, your role is pivotal in driving excellence within our lending division. Collaborating closely with leaders and teams across the division, you'll be at the forefront of shaping our approach to data-driven decision making. Leveraging your expertise in translating complex data into actionable insights, you'll play a key role in guiding strategic direction. Your ability to distill concepts into digestible information will foster a culture of innovation and excellence throughout the lending division.

As our ideal candidate, you'll hold a degree in a relevant discipline and possess advanced data analytics skills along with a strong strategic mindset. You'll demonstrate expertise in analysing large datasets and translating complex data into actionable insights. Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation languages is essential for querying and transforming data effectively. Strong statistical analysis skills and a knack for data visualisation are crucial for interpreting lending metrics and performance indicators. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities are also key, ensuring accuracy and precision in data analysis and reporting.
