Position:Lending Assistant

Location: Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia

Job Description: Queensland Capital Solutions is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Lending Assistant. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our lending operations by assisting with administrative tasks, client communications, and ensuring a seamless lending process. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Applicants will have the ability to advance in this role to become a Para Broker and undergo training in both consumer and commercial lending.  

Responsibilities:

• Assist in processing loan applications and documentation 
• Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates on their loan status
• Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, file management, and preparing loan documents
• Collaborate with brokers and lending team members to ensure accuracy and efficiency throughout the lending process
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Support lending officers in various tasks and projects as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a lending environment or related field preferred
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software applications quickly
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to providing outstanding customer service
