- Identifying sales opportunities and providing a high-level of customer service within a call centre environment
- Managing Mortgage, Car and Personal Loan applications, from point of origin through to document preparation by having needs-based conversations regarding their lending requirements
- Undertaking targeted, pro-active retention-based activities for existing borrowers
- Managing all general lending enquiries for new and existing borrowers, and providing sound advice and information
- Deepening the relationship with new and existing customers through having needs-based conversations to understand their current and future needs across all banking products and services, providing individual solutions and through this, change lives
- Contributing to a successful team environment
- An outstanding record of customer service and well-developed relationship management skills to create value for new and existing customers
- An ability to manage outbound contacts to engage with existing customers to assist with business retention
- Experience in managing Home, Car and Personal Loan enquiries and applications directly with our new and existing customers is essential
- The ability to review straight-forward balance sheets and profit and loss statements to support loan applications for assessment
- A track record in having genuine, needs-based conversations with customers to uncover and fulfil their stated and future needs across all banking products and services
