We're proud and excited to be changing the game when it comes to people-centric solutions.About the OpportunityWe have an exciting opportunity to join you newly created People Solutions team based in our Richmond office (next door to Victoria Gardens Shopping Centre), where we offer flexible and hybrid work options.Reporting to the People Solutions Lead- Global Markets you will work as part of a team to provide advice, support and solutions to our leaders and team on all people related matters. You will be part of a team who are the first point of contact for all leaders and team members via a purpose-built online platform.In this role you will gain great exposure to a wide range of people matters including general performance management, rewards, performance review, contracts, pay benefits and policy, to enable you to grow and develop your career in HR.Key responsibilities include:

• Provide high-quality first-level advice, guidance and solutions to customers regarding people processes and policies, focusing on self-service and empowering our people leaders.
• Handle and coordinate HR administrative tasks, promptly directing requests to the appropriate channels, and ensuring timely processing.
• Generate and uphold accurate employment documents and contracts, including coordinating with People Leaders.
• Process people changes in our internal systems, including position changes, band adjustments, title changes, and reporting line modifications.

You will be part of the team as it embarks on a journey of transformation into the digital era, making it a simpler and more modern place to work.About You

• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a similar field.
• Good experience working in Human Resources within a fast paced, multi-site organisation.
• Understanding of and ability to interpret relevant Industrial Agreements (i.e., EA/ Awards).
• Understanding of employee relations compliance.
• Systems orientated with exposure to cloud-based HR platform advantageous.
• A track record of a 'customer first' and team mentality.
• Ability to take the initiative to think differently and challenge boundaries.
