About us

Ume Loans was established in 2009, (www.umeloans.com.au) and at the heart of our business is helping customers obtain loans even if they don't fit the traditional bank or finance company criteria. The Role

• You'll be trained in building rapport as you work with the customer throughout their loan application over the phone.
• You'll be working closely with our Head of Credit to tailor a loan approval that meets the customer's needs.
• Once approved, you'll then explain the loan approval and conditions of the new loan to the customer before guiding them through the digital signing process.
• When you follow our proven process, you will create a fantastic loan experience for the customer that will have them want to deal with you again in the future.
