Are you looking for an opportunity to join a dynamic team in the finance industry? We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our mortgage broker company on the beautiful Gold Coast in a Loans Processor/Client Support role. This is a permanent position, and it can be either part-time or Full Time for the right candidate. We are offering the opportunity to learn and hone a new skill set for those new to the industry and for those already in the industry, you will be able to further develop your skills amongst a highly experienced team.

Responsibilities:

• Process loan applications accurately and efficiently.
• Data entry and document management.
• Communicate with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders to gather necessary documentation and information.
• Assist our team of brokers in preparing credit submissions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the loan process.
• Work closely with loan officers and other team members to facilitate timely loan settlements.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in loan processing or a related field preferred but not essential as we will provide training.
• Previous administration experience would assist.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills are a must.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• High level proficiency using Microsoft 365 with an emphasis on Outlook, Excel, Teams and related applications.
• Experience in using a mortgage broker CRM is highly regarded but not essential as training will be provided.
• Knowledge of mortgage industry regulations and guidelines is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliability and punctuality are a must.
