About the Role:
The successful candidate will be part of a highly efficient team of "fixers" whose responsibility it is to resolve customers' technical issues and to help minimize the impact on their businesses. Using leading edge tools, you will provide on-site technical support to customers, and have the opportunity to participate in both local and global projects.
Requirements
- At least 1-3 years' + experience in IT support
- Hands on experience in imaging/building laptops
- Experience supporting both Mac and Windows operating systems is essential (must be strong with Windows)
- Experience with IT hardware repairs is highly desirable
- AV experience is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and customer service skills is essential as this is a client facing role
- Ability to work autonomously
- Strong time management skills
- Experience with AV for the Level 2 roles

Terms
- 6-month initial contract with strong potential to extend significantly/become long-term
- Start ASAP (they can wait for the right candidate to give notice to their current employer)
- Paying $40 - $54 per hour inclusive of super (commensurate with skills and experience)
- Full Time Sydney CBD office
- Must have full, unrestricted working rights in Australia
