What you'll be doing: As a Level 1 Engineer, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients by providing technical assistance and resolving IT issues. You'll work closely with our Level 2 and Level 3 engineers, to deliver exceptional service to our customers. This role is 5 days in the office
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of IT domains such as networking, security, cloud, and hardware troubleshooting
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and processes
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- A proactive and customer-focused attitude
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing technical support to clients via phone, email, and in-person
- Assisting with the setup and configuration of IT systems and software
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Escalating complex issues to senior engineers when necessary
- Documenting support processes and solutions for future reference

Qualifications (preferred not required):
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+)
