The Role:

CSR have an exciting opportunity in our IT Department for a Level 1 IT Helpdesk Support Analyst to join our team in North Ryde. The helpdesk operates 24/7 and you will be working shifts between 6am and 6pm. One week per month will be on-call 6pm-6am (working from home).

The role requires an outgoing customer-centric individual with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and business stakeholders and who is willing to go the extra mile to achieve an exceptional outcome.

To be successful, you will have the following:

  • Understanding and experience in Windows 10, MS Office, MS Outlook, and Office 365
  • Sound knowledge of LAN/WAN Technologies
  • Sound knowledge of SOE Principals and Concepts
  • Sound knowledge of Active Directory
  • Exposure to Citrix
  • Experience supporting Android and iOS
  • A customer focused approach to meeting and exceeding customer expectations
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally (both verbal and written)
  • Ability to explain complex technology terms in a way which suits the intended audience.
  • Ability to work in a high call volume environment and multi-task.
  • Highly self-motivated learner with a passion for IT and a willingness to learn new technologies and take on new tasks.
