We offer I.T services ranging from I.T Support to NBN, Cloud PBX And Cyber-Security.
We have customers spanning across Melbourne and Queensland.
We are a small but highly functional and close team of I.T professionals, each with their own list of responsibilities and strengths.
Your Role
We are looking for a quick learner, polite and reliable IT Support officer to be based in our Braeside office however some onsite may be required.
- Patience and customer service are a must.
- Answering calls, attending to tickets
- Booking and scheduling in our other technicians
- PC building, troubleshooting
- Ordering parts / full computer builds and solutions
- Be able to work as a team and also independently
- Processing computers for stock requirements
Position Title: IT Support Officer / Junior Scheduler
Work Location: Braeside, VIC (Full time)
Position Reports To: Team Leader
Starting on: ASAP
Key Accountabilities
Autonomously complete work, escalate issues where needed and ensure our ticket system is updated.
Key Selection Criteria
A working technical knowledge and experience to troubleshoot networking issues.
- Minimum 1 Year prior experience in similar role or studies
- Must be Australian resident or have permanent work rights with no restrictions
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace.
- Working knowledge of Firewalls, switches, VPN and IP phones.
- Ability to work within a team environment but also alone.
- Active Directory, Microsoft 365, DHCP, DNS and basic network topology.
- PC building technologies
Must have:
Own vehicle
Own smart phone, for internal communication (emails / teams etc)
Will suit university graduate or someone looking to expand their career.
